Clutch pressure plate broke in 3 places

Default Clutch pressure plate broke in 3 places
Ok so this happened last week and i thought my clutch had blew a spring out but apparently not. My tc is basically stock just aftermarket exhaust and cold air intake so it doesnt have barely any power so im not sure how in hell this happened. Anyone else have this happen?
