Default Hi, I have an 07 scion tc

I am going to buy an oem ecm
( engine control module) and I was wandering if I would have to take it to Toyota so have the ECM reflash?

The reason I'm buying a new ECM is because I have a code p0717 it says it's the mass sensor but I replaced that and replace the O2 sensor I don't know what else it could be

I don't guarantee this is your problem. But, you have a 11-year old car.
When was the last time you Check or Replace your Spark Plugs?

Certainly, a set of new spart plugs are cheaper than a whole ECM Module and Reflash.

It's Worth Checking.
