2005 tc . How do I take the steering wheel apart to get at the horn assembly? It looks like the po may have been in there before because the center cap doesn't sit flush and the horn doesn't work. I tested the actual horn and it's fine. The fuses are fine also. That leaves the steering wheel to check.
