Default New to Scionlife!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone! My name is Rachel and I live in central Florida! I got my tC a year ago, and had not had the money untill recently to start modding it...

Anywho its the 06, 5speed... I just got done redoing the brakes and got drilled and slotted rotors and ceramic pads. It is lowered two inches on Eibach sportline springs...

That is all that is done to it so far... The tC is mainly our grocery getter... and my dd. We have an 89 foxbody coupe that is the go fast car!

Here are a few pics!

This was shortly after I got it:

This is a picture a friend took on the way to a JDMups meet (still stock )

This was right before we lowered it:

And this is after!

They arent the best pictures in the world, and I am working on getting some more off of the camera with the new rotors!

Thanks!

Thank you!

I am getting ready to paint the rims... I dont have money for new ones so I figure a nice coat of paint would make it look a little less stock!

I have always liked them...

Before it I had a 96 Eclipse GS, 5speed, 180k on it.... I swear the only reason it ran was because it was possesed by the devil.... and before that a 92 240sx coupe.... it was my baby, but the motor blew and it ended up being more of a pain in the ___ then what I had the time, patience, and money to deal with...

I was also living with my ex, who had no job, so I was supporting him

Once I left him, and moved back home I had all kinds of extra money, and a car that was about ready to die, so I went looking.... I really wanted a Mazdaspeed3, but that was more than I could afford.

Mom and I went one day to have her tires changed out (she has a Rav4) and I went looking around the lot and found her! I test drove it and said I would take it. I love the car alot!

I wanted a white one, and now I really like the Mica color, but silver is what I have and I am going to live with it for as long as it holds up.... My dad paints cars so when I am ready, if I want, I can change it.... but not for a while!
