On my 07 Scion tC, I have two cables that run along with the horn wires and drop down in front of the radiator on both passenger and driver side of the car. They aren't connected to anything and I'm trying to figure out where they go. They're in between my intercooler and radiator. I at first thought they were to the collision sensors, but they're not, nor are they to my fans. Help me please!

It's the relay for the fogs. They come prewired and can be plug n play for aftermarket or oem
