Default Bolt on spacers with OEM wheels

Just wanted to post my findings with spacer options for oem wheels. I found it difficult to get reliable info on the minimum spacers thickness that can be used with oem wheels. 25mm is the smallest that will ensure that the stud does not protrude from the spacer mounting surface. However, 25mm will rub bad. My rears are rolled, and it still catches where the bumper is attached. Cutting metal for me is not an option as I am in an area that sees road salt in winter.

I took a gamble with 20mm spacers, knowing that the oem studs will stick out beyond the spacer. As it turns out, the oem tC wheels have shallow pockets where the factory studs stick out, and went on just fine. No rubbing either with my rolled rear fenders. I don't think you can go less that 20mm unless you go with an extended stud version.

I hope somebody finds this useful.

Good info.

Also, you can treat the bare metal you cut off in the rear to prevent rusting.

Does this still hold water? And also I'm lowered on racelands with no camber kit. Should I have a camber kit
