again i strongly urge anyone and everyone to look up their rating with the BBB and view the case that was filed against them with the district attorney before even considering to do business with this jaded company
why the mods on this website even allow them to post is just sickening

I saw the post by someone who was concerned about their customer support, and I just wanted to say, that there was a small mishap (on MY end) and they were willing to help me out, and go beyond their requirements, I was very impressed. I've have no trouble getting communication from them. Got the pulley in and awaiting the ****. Overall pleased with the pulley. Pairing it with a light weight Flywheel will compliment it nicely.
