Default How to Turn Off Maintenance Required Light..

1) Turn key to ON position
2) Set trip-odometer to Trip A and hold it down/Keep holding it down the whole time
3) Now turn the key OFF and back to the ON position
4) You will see the TRIP A with five dashes instead of numbers ex.-----, ----,---,--,-,0 these dashes represent 5 seconds it will count down to 0
then release the Trip button, and your maintenance required light will go away.

FYI, on the xB you hold the trip button in when it shows the odometer not the trip, then turn the key on, every line or dash that appears is another 1000 miles before it will warn you so you can set it to how many miles you like.

This post covers most of the Scion Oil Change Light Reset procedures:

http://oilresetpro.com/how-to-reset-...t-on-scion-tc/

They also have an app that will put this procedure at your finger tips for free the next time you need it.
This app is super helpful if you are a technician like me who does oil changes everyday.

Nice to have all the vehicle resets available so easily when I need them. Hope this helps someone.
