Default Building one of the first HARDCORE street 2ARFE

We here at Dezod are no strangers to forging the path for a new platform. Many of the products you see in the tC1 world are a direct result of our efforts with another manufacturer. For example: Wiseco pistons, K1 rods, Molnar rods, Samco hoses, ARP mains, heads and exhaust manifold studs, AEM EMS...(just to name a few).

We are doing the exact same thing here with the 2ARFE. We now have stronger connecting rods custom made for the engine:

Custom CP pistons:

ARP head studs and main studs:

Stay tuned as we complete this beast from the east and get her into a chassis to rock someone's world.

Head studs replace the head bolts on the motor and do not allow the head to life from the engine when high boosting. That is a common problem with stock bolts.

Main bolts hold the crank in place during high and fast revolutions replacing the stock bolts that can pull themselves out of the aluminum threads in the block.

And how do you handle simultaneously aem ems electronic throttle and camshafts?
I plan to put proefi due to this problem. Since aem fic complete nonsense

We are going to develop an AEM EMS standalone.

Agreed, I'm watching this very closely. Are you doing this with your de-sleeved block and your (probably modified) turbo kit? if so i will be more than interested in picking something like this up with the v-band exhaust. do i hear 400+bhp?

This block is nearly done. It's has been over bored +.5mm, and it's going together here over today and tomorrow. Just was waiting for the bearings to arrive.

Unsleeved means it still has the factory liners and not an iron liner like a Darton sleeve shown here.

Stock liners look like this:

Power, should be able to hold whatever you throw at it considering good tuning and a quality fuel. Those two factors can wreck even the most "bullet proof" block.

Also did you do any upgrades to the internals of the head?
