So I just bought and installed this head unit JVC KW-V10 (JVC KW-V10 DVD receiver at Crutchfield.com)
Everything works fine but when I hook up the iPod or put in a CD the lower speakers in the front dont put any sound/bass out, when I switch to the fm tuner the bass comes in fine. So my question would be if anyone has had this problem with a jvc unit or any other after market unit!

I have an aftermarket pioneer in my TC and have not experienced this problem, sounds like an issue with the radio. I would contact where you bought it and see about swapping it out for another one and see if that doesn't fix your issue.
