Default Change the speakers in a 2015 tC

I bought a 2015 Scion tC 2 months I want to take out the stock in it but I know that they are connected to Amp and they component speakers so I was wondering if y'all had any ideas of what speakers I should buy?
Because I already have a Sub connected to the car I just speakers for my highs and mids!

Hey,
I actually just upgraded the front woofers (6" x 9") in the doors and the back speakers (6.5") in my 2015 scion tC. There are great instructions from OEM Audio on upgrading each of the speakers, but they require specific mounts, as the holes aren't standard. Here are the mounts for the 6.5" from amazon:
Amazon.com : Toyota Aftermarket 6.5-Inch Plastic Speaker Adapter (Black) : Vehicle Audio Auxiliary Adapters : Car Electronics Amazon.com : Toyota Aftermarket 6.5-Inch Plastic Speaker Adapter (Black) : Vehicle Audio Auxiliary Adapters : Car Electronics
And here are the adapters for the 6" x 9" on crutch field:
Metra 82-8146 Speaker Mounting Brackets Install 6"x9" speakers in select 2002-up Toyota, Subaru, Scion, and Lexus models at Crutchfield.com

Installation instructions can be found here, and note that the front speakers are riveted to the door:

Let me know if you have any other questions. You'll definitely want a pry tool to get the door clips out, and also check out the following wiring harness from crutch field, you'll need this to connect to the factory wires without soldering:

Smile Speakers to buy

As for speakers I went with these in the front:
Amazon.com : PIONEER TS-D6902R 2 WAY 6X9 360W CAR SPEAKERS ( PAIR ) : Vehicle Speakers : Car Electronics Amazon.com : PIONEER TS-D6902R 2 WAY 6X9 360W CAR SPEAKERS ( PAIR ) : Vehicle Speakers : Car Electronics

And speakers in the back:
Amazon.com: Pioneer TS-A1675R 6-1/2" 3-Way TS Series Coaxial Car Speakers: Car Electronics Amazon.com: Pioneer TS-A1675R 6-1/2" 3-Way TS Series Coaxial Car Speakers: Car Electronics

I think the three way definitely helped with the mids and highs from the back seat.

But these are a more premium option, and match the series of the ones I got in the front:
Amazon.com : Pioneer TSD1602R 6.5 Inch Two-Way Speakers with 260 Watts Max Power : Vehicle Speakers : Car Electronics Amazon.com : Pioneer TSD1602R 6.5 Inch Two-Way Speakers with 260 Watts Max Power : Vehicle Speakers : Car Electronics

Smile Question about what Subwoofer you have

I don't presently have a sub in my system (though with the new woofers the mid bass is bumping), what sub did you install or have installed?

Default The other two sizes:

If you're looking at replacing the component speakers, the middle speakers in the doors are 4", and I would look into something like:
Amazon.com : Pioneer TS-D1002R 4 In. 2-Way Speaker with 110 Watts Max. Power : Vehicle Speakers : Car Electronics Amazon.com : Pioneer TS-D1002R 4 In. 2-Way Speaker with 110 Watts Max. Power : Vehicle Speakers : Car Electronics

But I haven't been able to find a mount for these, so you might have to construct one or improvise.

The top tweeter is 1", and maybe something along these lines would work for you:
Amazon.com : Pioneer TST15 3/4" Soft Dome Tweeter : Vehicle Tweeters : Car Electronics Amazon.com : Pioneer TST15 3/4" Soft Dome Tweeter : Vehicle Tweeters : Car Electronics
