little d Build (April 1 2013) NEW INTAKE!
I have a 2011 tC with about 29K miles, cement. I'm starting to actually do some performance upgrades and cosmetic upgrades. I didn't do much to it because I used to drive a whole lot and still was under warranty. But since she's just getting warmed up, figured it was time. Here's some photos I took of my car around town and campus. At The University of North Texas and around the Denton town square.
Stuff in the mail:
(in gray, with a TRD emblem in the right corner of the grille).
Stuff in the near future:
Feel free to offer suggestions on stuff I should do.
I'm not going to lower my car, because the roads in Denton are terrible, patched and just terrible. I'd ruin my car.

haha a lot of ppl didnt want to lower their cars because they thought they would scrape but once you actually lower it you'll see that even with 1" drop there is plenty of clearance....
past 1" you just have to pay more attention to the road
I was super against lowering the car and now Im pushing 2" drop.....

I think yours looks good, ^ however mentioned above I cant lower my car due to snow. We get inches at a time, this winter I was already plowing snow with my front end stock, any lower and I really would be plowing and I just didnt want that. lol,

As long as the MAF and the sensor connected to the hose are hooked up, you should have no problem whatsoever with throwing codes. As far as MPG, I have t really checked. I average 24.6 before, and now I'm down to 20.5 but I've been driving really hard to test the intake. Going on a trip this weekend, I'll let you know if I get any difference in MPG. It has a delicious roar and I notice my car just feels better, much quicker on the response. Not sure it has an HP increase, but the car definitely breathes & reacts better.
