Questions for Aftermarket Headunit
Hi there,
I would just like for someone to tell me or show me, whatever, the parts necessary to install an aftermarket headunit in my 2015 Scion tC. I've been trying to research and research about it, but there isn't a lot of info on the new car so I'm a little skeptical on buying something if I'm still not 100% sure it will even work...
I'm looking for a dash kit to install aftermarket single/double din units, wiring harness to go from stock wires, to back of aftermarket unit, and anything else necessary to have all the speakers work and etc.
Thanks in advance!

Go to sonicelectronix website. And look up the radio. They also give you a dash kit and wiring harness for the install. I did myself. All speakers will work when you connect everything to what it's supposed to be connected to. Its very straight forward.

sonicelectronix doesn't have 2015 Scion tC available as an option to search it like that. At least it doesn't work for me.

And, maybe, depending on your headunit, . Some headunits are already configured to work with the Toyota steering wheel controls, example - Jensen VX7020.
If you want to retain your USB and AUX input, then you'll need a few more parts. How to: usb/aux on aftermarket stereo on Scion Tc2
