Needing torque specs for cam caps on the 2arfe.

P.S.
The head cover bolts takes 9ft/lbs when you are re-installing it.

Rocker arm got shot out from underneath the cam. Torque specs ASAP-uploadfromtaptalk1411492991260.jpg

I reinstalled it now it ticks bad. Any idea if there is a way to adjust valves? Shim it or somethjng?
