I would have to probably take off the wheel to give you a better answer...

Default ksport

Has anyone ordered from aptuned before? sport coil overs are $200+ cheaper than anywhere else I've looked.

i would contact KSport first if they are legit...

KSport should have a list of authorized sellers...if they are not on the list, then it might be too risky

Default dont buy ksports

I bought a set of these when they did the pre order sale. Up till recently I have been very happy with them, I was raising my car this week getting ready for winter and I noticed that the tab on the lower mount for the sway bar link on the front coil had pulled away from the body. I am NOT running any kind of upgraded sway, its all stock. I contacted Ksport and they said that the only way they would think about replacing the part is if I removed the coil from my car and put my OEM back on (which i dont have anymore) Otherwise they said that i could take it to a shop and have the tab re welded. This will cost from 50-100 bucks cause I do not know how to weld. AND they said if I welded on it they would void the warranty for the coil completely. If you have not already purchased these then buy BC or Tanabe...I wish I would have.

20 x 9.5 might have played a roll in that...

the wheels would have nothing to do with it. anything below the knuckle is unsprung weight, meaning that the coil is not supporting that weight. Sides my wheels and tires are lighter then stock ones anyway. I actually had them re welded at a shop here in town and they do a lot of large equipment. I paid them to ultrasound the weld on the other lower and it was flawed. The steal used for the tab is not as high a quality steal as used for the lower so there were imperfections when the two were welded. AND the tab is square and there are only welds on the top and bottom when they should have welded all the way around the tab. This is a suspension company and they said that maybe I had an upgraded sway. I SHOULD have an upgraded sway cause our sway bars are a joke. But they made it sound like there coils could not handle the extra force involved with a better stronger sway bar. Seems like thats not a suspension company I want building parts for my street car...
