Default Projector Retrofit

I have been using this forum for a few months now. Although this is my first post I am not new to car modding. I wanted to share my most recent project with all of you. It is my first projector retrofit that I have done and I believe it turned out fantastic. I used all knock off parts. The projectors can be found on amazon for $43 and the hids I also got from amazon for about $30 plus paint. Grand total was under $100 bucks and took me about 8 hours for both headlights. Thanks for looking

Honestly for the cost and time put into it it is very worth it. The visibility the projectors give you is just incredible.

And throwing them in the oven removing the housing wasn't a hassle?

Not at all set your oven for 275 put them in for 6 min and they come apart pretty easily. Its the second time I have had them apart.

I was just wondering how these looked installed when you were done! Nice one!

It's actually next to happen when I make my front bumper side markers clear, going to clear the orange out of my headlights and do the projectors. Using the stock headlamps. I got the DEPO's but they looked awful on my car so I returned them. Restoration on them turned out great though!

What are the wires for on the projectors? Got photos of how you wired those?

The wires on the projector bowl is for the high beam cut off shield. I had already bi-xenon ballasts that had the high beam connectors on them but all you got to do is connect them to your stock h4 connector or get bi-xenon ballasts. I don't have any pics of the wiring, it's all tucked away behind the headlights. To much of a pita to fish them out. There are plenty of diagrams on Google that show you how to hook everything up or if you have any specific questions I can try and walk you through it.

Oh!! Okay safe. No worry about pictures, I didn't know if you took some during the process. Not really a big deal, it's clear enough what to do with them

I appreciate the offer on the questions. I might have. I always offer the same thing when I write guides. Mainly because I feel like I'm not being clear enough.

Thankiesssssss!
