I just failed my inspection because the turn signals in my headlights don't stay on as marker lights when the headlights are turned on. I know the marker lights in the bumper cover serve the same purpose, and I honestly have never noticed whether the turn signals act as marker lights before. Are they supposed to come on, or did I fail my inspection for nothing?

they don't come on when the parking/headlights turn on they are turn signal lights only
