HELP..WEIRD Tach issue

ok so driving tonight..my tach will not go below 3k..its like it is 3k off..when my car should be at 3k its showing 6k etc.with car off its registers at 3k still WTH

figured it out...apparently TOO MUCH BASS..rattled my ground loose on my HID fog lights
