Default How do you reset the Service Engine Soon light?

I took my 2006 xA to a quikie lube-type place for my last oil change, and they didn't reset the oil change indicator (it wasn't on when I took it in, but started flashing when you turn the car on soon after; eventually it will go solid and stay on all the time). How do I reset it?

I have a TC so I think it is the same
1.have the car completely off
2. Hold the trip button on the odometer
3. Turn the key to the accessories position while still holding the button for 10sec or so.
Then it should go out. But I am not sure for the XA try that and see.

Yup, this did it. Thanks.

And, yeah, I should have RTFM first.

No problem, sometimes it is just easier to ask, but you may get some ____ for it. :D

I learned form watching the Scion mechanic guy-dude was trying to be so discreet so I wouldn't see what he was doing-took me twice to find the right setting on the odometer but I got it.

I keep my sunglasses in the center cluster, covers the light up nicely.
