It's been a while and here's my update. Picked up some used spun mesh in 16s. Still on the racelands and have about 4.25 ground clearance.

Well a lot has happened over the past few months. Hydrolocked my engine driving through a puddle on a blind corner. Got it replaced with an xB engine! Big difference (not lol)... And bought the Injen SRI to prevent it from happening again. Latest picture:

Nice shot! I like that homemade lip you got there. It should fit under my bumper... Might have to try that.

Ah, and that Lexus emblem! I was thinking about doing that a while back, but never got around to finding out how...

They'll do for now! I plasti-dipped the steelies on Friday, as I couldn't bear the hubcaps any longer. I have a set of snow tires that came with the car, so the hopeful plan is to mount those on the current steelies, and pick up a set of 15x7s with appropriate summer rubber. The only thing holding me back is that the current set of all seasons only has about 5k miles of wear.

Edit: Updated pic! I picked up some Rota Circuits a couple weeks back, so I thought I'd put a new pic up. Next up will be installing the Strup exhaust I acquired, and figuring what I want to do as far a suspension goes. A TWM short shifter is also in the cards.

Have this one from about a month ago, still on the summer wheels up at Nubble Lighthouse. Strup axle-back, DC Sports SRI, and a TWM short-throw shifter. I'm thinking Tein H-techs and calling it good, aside from some minor interior/exterior mods. (And yes, I know the car is absolutely filthy)

Cleaned up the front a bit. I took off the nose mask and plasti dip'd the bottom part of the bumper. A little rough around the edges but ok!

God, I hate New England winters.

I am pleasantly surprised by the Mastercraft snow tires that the PO included with the car. Better dry grip than the Kendas that he had on the steelies, and 10x better in the snow/ice/slush than any all season that I've driven on in the winter months.

That being said, I can't wait to toss the Rotas/Kuhmos back on in the spring. Still debating what I want to do with the suspension (if anything).

not really feelin the rear n side lips yoson...but the rest of the mods are tight.. dig the headlights, front lip n mudguards. now u just need a drop! also what did u use on ur taillights?.how are the holding up? i painted mine a few pages back..cleared em real good and sanded and buffed em and they still managed to fade to pink after about a year. sanded them back down to original recently.

any more shots ralphin? your car reminds me of mine when i had my black xxrs. makes me feel like gettin wheels again...

I really don't like the rear either Lol. Sides look a lot better in person and I have springs in the mail just waiting for them to get here. I lover how the headlights turned out being my first retrofit. thank you for the comments.
