Default 2005 XA blow by from oil cap?

Hey all.
I am probably going to buy a 2005 XA tomorrow with 117k miles.
Only thing that concerns me is that this is a lot of air pressure coming out of the oil cap when I remove it when the engine is running. I remember this as being a issue with previous cars I have looked at.
It is not steam, just pressure.
Ideas? Normal?
Thanks.
