Red face Shaking and slow to accelerate

04 xb has been giving me issues lately. A few days ago it started to shake when I brake at red lights and yesterday it started to do the same thing when just in park. My father thinks it's he roaders but I don't think he is right. Then today it started giving my problems accelerating. It good till 30 but wont let me get to 40. I'm not going to lie I'm not sure what's causing this. I really need to figure what to fix its my only source of commute.

It can't be the Rotors if the car isn't moving when it happens

I'd start with something like spark plugs. When was the last time you replaced them, or have you ever, and how many miles are on them, or your car, currently?
