Crankshaft pin sheard off
Main drive pully quite turning, the pin that holds the harmonic balancer pulley in position got sheared off in the shaft! Center bolt holding it on is worn also.
Any ideas on how to get the rest of the pin removed?

Sounds like the pin is super hard. I take it you cant tease it out and it probably didn't turn when you were drilling it either.
The only thing coming to mind is to EDM the pin out (Electro Discharge Machining) but they won't be able to do that in place.
Is the crankshaft hard too??? Can you drill a hole (using the pulley as a guide) in another location around the crank - might have to make new timing marks??? but that would be easier than taking the engine apart.

Well, it lasted just over two months. Bolt came loose again. Gotta get her running again. Gotta buy another pulley and try this again. Next time might have to be an engine swap or trade in.
