Default Did a compression test. Cyl2 rings may be bad?

Cylinder 1: Dry:148 Wet:165
Cylinder 2: Dry:119 Wet:170
Cylinder 3: Dry:140 Wet:180
Cylinder 4: Dry:130 Wet:190

I didn't open the throttle or disconnect the fuel pump (oops) does that make much of a difference?

Anything the smart Scion nerds can tell me about these numbers?
From what I've seen online it looks like cyl2 might have bad rings and maybe even cyl4
Defiantly dont have a blown head gasket (thank god) after my 7000 rpm mishap
And even though the numbers vary a bit, they are still not THAT bad
