Humming at low speeds

Humming at low speeds
My 2006 xb's clutch was just replaced and now there is a humming noise. It only happens at 5 mph and goes away when I accelerate. It seemed to go away after being driven for a little while, but it isn't consistent. Please help with any suggestions!!
