Maintenance after 150,000.

If it is unknown when the belts were changed, swap them out. 150K is really pushing it.
Valves and spark plugs might need doing, depending upon maintenance habits of previous owner.
Check out the rubber bits, CV boots, brake pads and shoes. Remember that inner brake pads seem to wear a bit faster than outers.
XBs seem to have good longevity if treated right. I'm at 180K with only belt, oil, and filter changes. The clutch probably needs doing soon. It's burning a little oil between changes but not enough to be concerned about. I figure I have another 70K or so to go before something major breaks.
