Mystery noise when I turn right
Please help. My 2005 scion xb makes a noise as if the wheel is wobbling when I turn right at certain speeds. (When I'm getting on or off of an exit usually). This noise is only coming from the front drivers side wheel and it is not constant, it comes and goes. I replaced the rotors and brakes. Just put on 4 new tires and wheels. Just had a mechanic check the tire rods and bearings and he said everything is nice and tight. Anyone have any idea what this mystery noise could be? Oh yeah, the car is lowered by approximately an inch and a half.
Thanks

if it sounds like a clicking/knocking sound through the turn it's probably the outer cv joint. I believe noise on right turn means it's the left cv axle and vice-versa. you should be able to tell which side sound is coming from. easy to swap out cv axle.

I just figured it out. It was the left bearing. Apparently when the bearing goes bad on the xB you still won't get any play, you will have to go strictly on the sound. Hope this helps any one with the same problem.
