Tc injectors drop right onto the rail

beware.. the stock fuel rail is very fragile.. i accidentally tweaked mine at one point.. the cups like to bend.. just be gentle with it and you'll be fine.. without a way to scale back the new injectors, you may have difficulties..

Yes, same applies to the tC rail. You must be careful.

You need some form of engine management to run forced induction anyway, so just retuning it to accomodate for the larger injectors should do the trick.

If anyone messes up their rail, send me a PM. I have three, plus a Perrin. The OEM rails I can send out for shipping only. Definately want some way to change duty cycle though, eManage blue actually does well with the tC ones on an xB.

I'll PM since this is not a classifieds post. All the rails are from the 1NZ-FE from various years 04-06, though I believe they were all from xB's. They should fit the xA fine as well. Just trying to help people out who may need a replacement OEM rail.

I figured I'd update this with the correct information. Figures are based off of the 2004 Scion xB factory repair manual. According to it, the factory 1NZ-FE fuel flow rate is 47-58 cm^3 / 15 sec.

Translated, this is a 188cc - 232cc size injector @ 44 - 50 psi fuel pressure. Averaged out the injector size is 210cc @ 47 psi. Most injectors are calibrated @ 43.5 psi, so they'll actually act like slightly bigger injectors on the xB.

Also, the tC rate is 76-92 cm^3 / 15 sec, or 336cc @ 47 psi average (from 2005 tC repair manual). In short:

xB - 210cc
tC - 336cc

Default Injector Help

I have on 08 Xb and I need to find out what the stock cc is and how many psi they are. I'm in uncharted territory with this build and we're building a concept that is all trial and error
