Default Factory or Aftermarket System

Wassup guys/gals.... I'm just curious if everyone is satisfied with their stock radio. Or if anyone planning is on upgrading to an aftermarket system. Or keep the stock head unit and add some after market stuff (amp, sub...etc)

With the space given in my xB, seems like it's screaming for upgrades. =P

I think the 6-disc stereo is great! i got one and installed it in my AE86 with an amp and subs... sounds great. Phoenix Gold 6.5" speakers pump the mid/highs and it sounds clean up through vol:50.

I'm quite happy with the stock system, once the buggy head unit was replaced.

Of course, I'm only interested in entertaining myself, not the people three lanes over!

Ya it all depends on what you want to do with your system. If you want crazy subs, you don't have much of a choice but to get a new deck. If you want just mid-grade subs without any controls or anything else, then I guess you could stick with the stock system. It just depends on what you're trying to do with it.
