Default how do I fix my stanky, musty interior?! 04 xB

have 2004 scion xb and drive everyday.
live in rainy climate. have some ongoing congestion/allergy issues recently.
notice smell, musty, dampness passenger side floor of scion xb...
leave scion xb and fly out of town for a week.
rain, rain, rain.
fly back and inspect scion xb.
see passenger side floor has puddle of h20.
important docs soaked in glove compartment.
sop up h20 with towel.
discover some mold.
today i have replaced the windshield in hopes that actually fixes the leak.

now, what do i do to fix the stinky interior mold problem? seriously, it's horrible. someone quoted me $700 to take care of it.

I thought remove the passenger side seat, shop vac the floors to suck water up, blow dry, shampoo, vac, blow dry, and put the seat back in. how hard would moving the seat off the carpet be?

Or is it really better for a professional to do and how much is reasonable?

what would you do?
