1. Make a folder on your desktop titled "PICTURES" in all caps
2. Put whatever pictures you want to use in jpeg format in that folder
3. Burn the folder on a CD
4. Insert CD into D3
5. Go into System Backgrounds menu and hit "import from CD"

If you have any problems or questions just send me a PM.

How was the installation? Did you add all the extras with it, i.e. ipod, satellite, etc?

Install was very simple. Just like any deck except for the VSS wire which was found in one of the plugs for the factory stereo and the reverse wire. I havent got any of the extras yet but I plan on ipod and bluetooth in the future. I have a portable siruis radio so I dont need to buy the add on one for the D3. but its very cool I hope to have some pictures tonight when I pick up my car.

No I ended up just getting my money back from that guy. He never once wrote back or anything. Pretty jack up. But I got the kit from crutchfield. Not sure whta brand it is. The kit is a must have it cleans the install up a ton makes it look stock.

Was it a double din kit with the big opening allready there, or did you half to trim it out.

Its actually two pieces one for each side and they just screw onto the deck.
