I recently bought a 2005 scion xb that's slammed almost to the ground, it has coilovers that are raised as far as the springs allow but I still don't like the height, will I have to buy a completely new set to get the car higher? Or is there something I can do with my current set to raise height? Is there anyone who would be willing to work out a trade for stock suspension? Thanks in advance

This is a very low car to begin with. There is not a lot of ground clearance or wheel gap even when stock. Raise them all the way, and that's about as high as it would be stock. Most coils can be as close to 1/2 inch lower than stock height. I'd just leave it slammed and embrace the new lifestyle for that this is quite a unique situation. Most people want to be low, not high.

They're up as high as they go! Am I gonna have to end up with an entirely new suspension if I want to go any higher? Or is there some type of alteration I can do to the coilovers

I mean, dang near every first generation xB owner still has their stock springs/struts and are probably just trying to get rid of them for super cheap. Probably like $100-150 because they just want to get rid of them. Like I said. this is a low car to begin with, but yes if you want anymore height out of it, you'll need to go stock, but I think you are going to be dissappointed if you do that because you aren't going to get that much height out of it. There's nothing you can do to get more height out of those coilovers. There are sketchy things you can do like adding washers and replacing the top mount bolts with longer ones and using washers, or drilling lower holes and stuff like that, but that's race car crap that's unreliable and you should have fabrication experience and the right tools if you are going to do that, but I don't think it's a good idea for a daily driver. Embrace your new lifestyle. Live low.
