Has anyone gone back to stock springs recently?
I have had my hotchkis springs installed for as long as I had my xb. I am pretty sure the shocks are all good, I usually rock the car here and there to see if they have gone. The streets around here are in horrendous condition from this years snow storms. Does it pay to go back to stock just until summer for less of a bounce and a smoother ride or does it not make much of a difference from the 1.5 inch drop I have from the hotchkis?

Yeah, I don't think it'd be worth it for the 1.5" I ran the Tein S-Techs and never had issues and they're about the same amount of drop. My secondary box still has stock springs and I don't like them one bit.

Thank you guys for the input, maybe could be the shocks have gone? I have close to 60k miles and have had the springs for about 35k miles so maybe they could be the culprits (especially around the nyc crater area). Will have to wait for some warm weather to give them a close look for any leaks I guess.

Maybe when it warms up a bit more I will swap them just to see the difference. From what I read on other sources, the hotckis springs eventually become pretty stiff when broken in, Especially when the streets are all messed up.
