Default Hotchkis Lowering Springs or Eibach Prokit for my xA??

Any advice on these two lowering springs? The drops are almost the same. I'm looking for a comfortable ride as both will help in the twisties.

Thanks!

I personally went with the Eibach Pro's ...... and it was an equivelent ride quality from stock( even though I also switched out my struts for Tokico's). With Eibach Pro's you can keep the stock struts in(KYB) .. and everything will work fine.

I happen to have a NEW set of Eibach Pro springs- for the xA for sale.... at a super awesome price, if your interested.. let me know. I'm offering them to a local friend right now.. but if he passes on them, they'd be up for sale to anyone- I should know by Sunday either way.

Thanks for the offer. However a local Scion dealer had a set of the Hotchkis springs for $158. So I just went ahead and got them. I've heard great experiences from Scion owners about both sets. In the end, I don't think there is a bad choice between the two.

Take care and ride safe,

Jim

right on.

Maybe you should go with a Hotchkis themed ride ! Strut bar, anti-sway bar, etc !!

Well that did cross my mind. A set of their sway bars and a strut bar are on the "to do" list.

Thanks,

Jim

Did you purchase the hotchkis springs?? Make sure they have the rubber inserts in the coils of the springs, if not your going to have seriously ANNOYING clacking when the springs hit the shock hat. I had a set and personally i think they SUCK!! Im sorry, but at least there has been a couple of other that haven't been so unfortunate as me. I wish you luck.

So far so good. However I will keep an ear out. Thanks for the heads (or in this case ears) up.

Ride safe,

Jim
