Default Koni question

I just received my set of Konis. I played around with the rear Koni to make sure everything is ok. I found something that I think may not be normal. I adjusted the setting to full stiff at both rear shock, from one shock I'm able to pull of the piston up with minimal effort, on the other hand I have a hard time pulling the piston up on the second shock. Does it means that something is wrong with one of them? At full stiff, it should be difficult to pull the piston out on both. The shocks are brand new from Koni. Any comments?

on full tight the shocks should be VERY difficult to pull out. When i received mine they came damaged and i had to wait about 2 months before i finally received them. On full tight you should a tough time moving that rod in and out. So if you can move the rod with minimal effort, make sure you tightened it correctly and if you did, then send it back to Koni, they have great customer service.
