Lowering question
Question about these products...
http://www.jcwhitney.com/webapp/wcs/...&storeId=10101
and
https://redhat.admarkonline.com/aird...l?p=71&large=1
If I can find a kit like either of these that will fit the xB.. Will these lower the vehicle up to 4" like advertized? Or do I need other items in use WITH these to get that effect?
I guess what I'm trying to ask is.. Can I buy one of these kits and it lower my Scion 4"? ;P
Thanks in advance.

no offense, but those are crap. if you want coilovers, get Tein. They are adjustable to about 3". The Tein ones are actual coilovers too, not a "sleeve over" like the JC Whitney ones. I dont think you can lower a Scion 4".

if you want to be a corner carver, coil overs are better since they are adjustable.

Chances are you don't need full coilovers...A coilover kit is way better than just a set of springs but you have to make sure they are good quality. Ground Control sells a kit that comes somplete with their own springs(eibach). The only stock part you keep are the struts and it'll work very good since they were designed around them. I have an extra set for a xB if you are interested... Send me a PM if you need any info
