Default Replacing Dust Shields

Has anyone replaced their dust shields behind the front rotors yet?
My 2005 xB's dust shields are so rusted, they scrape the rotors when making sharp turns. I put the car up on a lift and the salt on New York roads has destroyed these thin pieces of steel. Wondering how much of a job they are to replace and the best place to buy them. Thanks all in advance for any input.
