Are their Disc Brake Add Ons for '06 xB?

I've decided to keep my 2006 xB for a few more years.
Aside from a new clear coat I'd like to Add Disc Brakes to my rear wheels; is there such a kit?

If you do a search on here you'll find information about converting your rear brakes to a disc but, last I knew. the one person who offered the kits was having health issues and that was a few years ago.

I've one of the conversion kits but haven't installed it yet...nicely thought out kit he put together.
