Default What setups are you running?

Hopefully in the next several months I'll be able to afford some coilovers, and so I've been curious as to what my fellow xA owners are running as far as suspension goes.

I've been told KW is a great brand, so far the KW Variant 1 is what I'm looking at.

Let me know what you guys got.

KW's are about the best coilover available for the xA/xB...why the Variant 1 though? If you're fine with preset dampening, and I imagine the KW engineers got it right, then it's a great choice.

I've got an xB and the Variant 2's are going on mine...I may never adjust the dampening but for a $250 difference in price it's nice to know that I can.

I've been running Racelands and they drop me pretty low on the lowest settings on stock wheels and 185/60/15R tires. But now that I'm on 205/45/16R tires, I'm needing something that gives me a better drop. Ride is ridiculously bumpy and you'll feel every pebble on the ground slammed on them. Also, you'll bottom out on almost every speed bump.

KW's don't drop as low as Racelands do, do they?

I went with the KWs and I'm so glad I did, provides a nice drop that isn't too too low, a little bumpy but that's okay. Makes the car look a thousand times better. They go up to 2.5 in both the rear and front
