I just purchased koni's and now I want a good spring to match the up to. I keep reading about the Df210s and they seem like everyone loves them. I am still unsure if they are for me.

Here is my current setup.
Konis F/R (fronts are still in the box)
Wheels 15x7 41et
Tires 185/65/15
15mm rear hub spacer

Here are my questions
Do I have to roll my fenders?

Will I rub in the rear?
Do I have to uninstall my spacers?

Having Koni's in the front with the extra 1/2" drop will it be 2 low for a daily driver? (NYC everyday)

Will I need camber for the front/rear?
If I do need camber will a bolt kit do it or do I need a camber plate/strutmount.

I love the look and I want the car to handle better. Stiff dosent bother me. I wanna turn and burn with out scraping on every speed bump and driveway . I rarely have more than myself and my wife in the car.

You will be fine with that setup. I was running a 15x8 +15 with a 5 mm spacer and was getting minimal rubbing. You will have no worries.
