Default Humming noise diagnosis for gen 1 Xb

My xb has just about 92,000 miles on it and it has been making a strange wobbling noise from the drivers side wheel when turning right especially on jug handles. I took it to the dealer and a reputable tire/wheel shop and they noted they couldn't find anything wrong with bearings, balance, and axle. (I was still charged for diagnostic which hurt since they couldn't fix it) any idea what I can check out next myself or by another shop?

Sounds like you might have some feathered edges on your tires?!

Update, sorry for the delay and thank you for the feedback. I replaced both drivers side and passenger side cv axles, the wobbling noise has gone away and been reduced to a loud humming noise. Would running a setup for 15x8 +20 Konig WideOpen 195/60 Tire on stock suspension be the cause of noise at about 70 mph on the turnpike? They are Rotalla F108 tires, cheap as heck but were free at the time.
