Default will 06 sterring wheel contols work wiyh aftermarket radio?

I was planning on changing out the stock radio. But I love the steering wheel control on my 06 will It still work on a aftermarket ?

Please search the ice & interior forum....

There are adapters that can be purchased (Scorsche I believe) to keep OEM wheel controls..

yeah i was going to get a dvd screen radio in place of my stock one and the people at Empress audio said they could do it where i can keep my stock steering wheel controls...they said its a pain in the butt though but they could do it

I'm in the same boat but I don't want to pay extra to get it to work. Anyone one know any brand that works out of the box? Maybe Eclipses models?
