Need help fixing 04 scion xb rear lights

Hi. Does anyone know how to fix the rear brake lights on an 04 Scion XB. I do know my wiring harness is shot since one of the wires disconnected from the tail light and dragged on the road. Any vids or websites that can help me would be appreciated.
