UPDATE 1-29-11

Slapped some rims on the box, she had a blow out on her 16's but didnt want to spend on another 16" tire so she decided to buy the 2 18" tires that we were missing.

The wheels need some TLC, we were gonna paint them next week while off the car but well paint them with tires on them no biggie.

Heres the pics wit the new wheels and tires.

Tires are F-225/40/18 R-225/45/18

UPDATE 2-14-11

Rattle canned the rims this weekend... took 2 days but only because I work weekends and we let em cure over night without slappin em on right away. The box was on stands all weekend.

Used some Gloss Black Dupli-Color engine enamel, for some odd reason gloss black is not made in "wheel paint" anymore (well not carried at stores, i went everywhere no one had it) Clear and for pin stripping i got it at autozone for like $3. Worked great.

No they will be gloss black and she wants the red pin stripping so well do that as well...

The previous rims hid the brake calipers and now that she sees them she wants to do them red...

I said im all for it. Its your box

I drink she works... thats the way it goes right?

She wants to do the inside of the headlights (the bezel) black, add some eyelids, the front middle valence black, fogs, HID kit for fogs and headlights, and adding her spoiler this month... shes got a list going... then well see what she wants to do after shes completed all that.

That's what I did, blacked out the tail lights, BU light, Side mirror covers, and Black Anzo Headlights. I still have to get the front Driver/Passenger window tinted darker! I love the Red with the Black accents!

I like the red n black and shes feeling it too... Ill let the mod bug bite her

The wheels are some rare Dronell D Power TS-05 wheels 18x7.5 (out way before the tenzo and volk fad) They are and have been discontinued and as you can see are missing the center caps. I found some that fit online just havent ordered them. I will in time

I checked the site, those wheels are discontinued here in the Us. Hopefullyi will be able to get some similar designed wheels. They are workcr kai reps. I'm either going with drag dr31s or rota torques. Whichever is cheaper and easierto get. Most likely drags cuzi Got a discount tire right down my street, what offset are those?

If im not mistaken these were out before the work wheels and other similar styles, then those came out and made it big.

These are 18x7.5 with +35 offset or +43. Not sure to be honest. The wheels are flush and right on with the fenders which is really a plus for me as well...

I used this site.

Ya thats the site i was looking at too. I like the design. I am planning on getting some 18x9 28 offset rear and not sure on the front yet. might even go for a lower offset in the rear...

I suggested that when all we were able to find was flat black. she didnt want to, she said she wanted em "black n shiny".

I wanted to do them white, but she wasnt having that either.

It def is coming around...

Got some more upgrades coming up.

Her birthday is this Friday, so hopefully her mom ordered her her spoiler like she said she was...

Got the front black valence coming soon as well...

Probably put it on hold as is till march then well get some OEM fogs, HID for Fogs and headlights, eye lids, some chrome mirror and handle covers (going to paint them black to go with the theme[its just easier to take those off if she gets bored of the Black rather than getting them all painted and paying out the ___ to get em red again...])

Think that will be it till she wants to decide to ditch the springs and do bags (still working on convincing her lol)
