Default cv shaft

so the other day i was taking my 20s off and i noticed there was grease on my wheel spun onto the inside of it so i check the cv boot and cant find the whole anywhere i checked my coilovers and there is nothing on them just slung all over my brakes and wheel so hmmmmmmmmmmm i know if i take it to the dealer they will say its the coilovers fault that the boot is leaking but i cant find the crack anywhere

Most likely from either the cv joint, wheel bearing, or shock.

its not the shock i have yet to check the wheel bearing but its a thick dark stuff not like shock oil so it might be the wheel bearing

Not sure what your problem could be but I would think if its slung all over the wheel and stuff you would be able to pinpoint the location. Get it up on a lift if you can. Take it to a Merchants and have them check it out or something. They shouldnt charge...

Check where the clamp locks down on the outer portion of the boot. When it's tightened a bit too hard, it'll cut the boot!

o checked the boot im thinking if i take it into the dealer they will say its cause of my coilovers
