Default Hello! I have a question

Hello all, I’m new here and not sure how this all works. I figured if anyone would know it be you guys.
I have a 2008 Scion xB 140k everything is stock and I have an Amp and speaker hooked up.

I have four lights on my dash that appeared during the Winter time. Brake, ABS, TRAC, & VSC. I was told to disconnect the battery.
I did that and it didn’t turn it off but it did make my car feel like it was going to stall and die out.
I had a auto store plug in a OBD-II Reader and that turned the lights off for a short period but the. They were back on.

Any help please?

All those light came on because of a safety mode. The cars computer is getting an error code. Get one of the cheap Bluetooth obdII dongles from Amazon. I've used all of the higher rate apps in the app store. But I found Toyosys free works as good or better than the readers on professional shops
