Default good custom muffler shop in LA?

wondering if any one know of a good custom mandrel bent muffler in los angeles,ca area?
i'm planning on replacing the scuba tank underneath with a smaller silencer and custom a full cat but not sure what diameter would be good. i was thinking of going with a 3" pipe mandrel bent setup, any good reference?
also what is a glass pack? i've heard of these but not sure what it really do. any info on it well be great .
what is the difference between a glass pack vs silencer?
thank you all in advance for any info being provided.

I thought 3" piping on a N/A car actually makes the car lose power?

hey boooosty i was thinking of the same thing also but i'm interested in whats the max i could go w/o losing power.
i've used to have a 07 honda fit and had it for a year until some drunk total it when my car is parked on the streets. but before it was total i did alot to the car and it was quick, i've outrun my friend 05 tc on a valencia downhill and he just can't catch up coz there's alot of turns and even on a stand still i still beat him. my fit was able to take out so many type of cars but back to the topic most tuners go with 60mm/2.36" but i got mines a special spoon track version very $$$ but its 63mm/2.48" close to 2.5" by .02 and thats the max it can go for the 07 honda fit. it doesn't seem like much but it made a difference compared to mugen, jun and other companies setup.
so my question is what the max i can get for my 08 5.0 xb? maybe some where between 2.5" to 3" just gotta do more research.
