Strup Exhaust and header
#285
I dyno'd my automatic the other day, with strup exhaust/header and fujita intake I made 140hp/138tq. Comparing to fujita's dyno which I believe they made around 131 on their stock xb and 135 with their intake, the numbers were about what I expected. It would have been better to do a baseline, then intake, then exhaust, then header run, but that's a waste of money to me. I basically got an 8-10hp gain from all three mods. I haven't received my slip yet via email, but I will post it when I do.

from what I hear the power enterprises camcon works like a Vafc and a can control cam timing much like the hondas. its like $350-400 but its said to gain (when tuned) about 9-12 hp. Just by whats on there site.

it might even be worth it for the turbo guys as you can dial in the cams...

the primary gain from them, is the removal of a restriction (one cat) and then a minimal gain in the upper RPM range from having a smoother overall flow and longer tubes for the header ...
the exhaust system is a little less restrictive for another minimal gain ...
to get a major gain from an exhaust system .. it would have to be built in such a way that it wouldn't just bolt in place of the stock peices, but instead replaces everything completly .. and the 'mating' locations of the joints would likely end up in different spots...

u can change your timing with the aem fic and its only 320 i know if u were to do that u couldgo a little wild on the timming get some power that way u know but with all that your 33% closer to a turbo fo 3000 u can boost
