i was looking around and found this light weight flywheel

Looks like someone else noticed the new product on P-Tuning also...
From my limited understanding the performance fly wheel will help by reducing the weight of the rotating mass that is the flywheel. They claim that this will give the wheels more power because it reduces the loss of power from the flywheel engaging with the clutch. Kind of the same way a light weight pulley helps... Reduce weight in rotating parts means more power to the ground.

exactly right, the more rotating mass you can take off the motor, the more power will be delivered to the wheels. This doesnt mean the car will actually get more HP, it simply means you will deliver more of the power to the wheels.
This is the same concept as light weight pulleys from NST or any of those other companies.
