Default 08 xB - Warning beeper/buzzer volume question

After installing the RS3200+ TVIP Alarm system this morning, I noticed the "key in ignition"/"headlights on" warning beeper volume is quite low in this car.

I talked with my daughter and she confirmed that this beeper's volume has always been quite low.

The beeping seems to come from the gauge pod in the dash.

Is there a setting for the volume of this beeper? I could not find one in the owner's manual.

I would have to say this beeper is only about 1/3 as loud as the warning beepers/buzzers in other Toyota cars.

TIA

I personally find the volume just fine, but I may be an exception. There are others who also wish the beeping were louder, as you see in this thread:

No solution has been put forth so far.
